Order & Shipping

Order and Shipping Information:

  • Orders will normally be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
  • Order confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail immediately after you place your order. Please make sure you provide us with a VALID email address.
  • We will email you the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  • Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS (where applicable).
  • Orders will normally be shipped direct from Go Happy Herbal's warehouse (there may be exceptions under special circumstances).
  • We DO NOT ship to P.O. Box. Any orders submitted with a P.O. Box address will be placed on hold until we obtain a physical shipping address from you via e-mail.
  • We currently do not ship to addresses outside of the United States.

Payment Methods:

We accept most major credit cards through our Paypal merchant account. However, you do not need to have a Paypal account to make payment by credit card, simply check out and enter your billing information. We do not capture nor store your credit card information.

Return and Refund Policies:

Our customers are important to us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase that we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all Go Happy Herbal nutritonal and personal care products. If for any reasons that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at orders@gohappyherbal.com for a return request.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable on returns.
  • Returned orders that received Free Shipping promotion will have the originally waived shipping charges deducted from the return credits.
  • If an item is exchanged, new shipping and handling fees will be added.
  • Return processing may take up to a maximum of 2-4 weeks.
  • Items that are not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.
  • The return package should be insured and trackable. We are not responsible for any lost packages.

Shipping Inquiries and Claims:

For any inquiries or problems associated with a particular shipment (overnight express shipping, damaged and lost order claims, etc.), please contact us at orders@gohappyherbal.com.
  • Please inspect the merchandises immediately upon receipt. All claims for shortages or damages must be made within 2 days after receiving of packages.
  • Lost shipments (complete or partial) must be reported to us within 2 days after estimated time of arrival.
  • Any damages found on a FedEx delivery must be reported to FedEx (800-463-3339) immediately for an inspection report. Keep the damaged items in the original package as found for inspection.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax will be added according to your state's law. Sales tax is applied to the total regular price amount of the order, not including shipping and handling charges (where applicable) and is based on the shipment destination state and local sales tax rates. In the event that additional charges may apply, we may make modifications to your order and notify you after the order is processed.

Shipping Rates:

We offer FREE USPS or FedEx Ground shipping on all orders.
